Vauxhall has supplied Onto, the all-inclusive electric car subscription service, with 700 new Corsa-e and Mokka-e vehicles.

The cars, which are in Elite Premium trim, are available for Onto customers to book today for delivery from March and April respectively.

Onto’s all-inclusive car subscription service now has more than 5,500 active subscribers, with customers able to choose from a wide range of EVs.

Through a monthly subscription, customers get EVs with insurance, 750 miles per month, servicing and maintenance, and public charging at more than 12,000 points.

The zero-emissions Corsa-e and Mokka-e, which are powered by a 50kWh battery connected to a 136PS electric motor, can travel up to 222 and 209 miles respectively on a single charge.

Supporting up to 100kW rapid charging, an 80% charge takes just 30 minutes.

Rob Jolly, CEO and co-founder of Onto, said, “The Vauxhall team has a great commitment to expanding the range of electric cars in their fleet, which is fantastic for the industry.

“Introducing the award-winning Mokka-e, the new face of Vauxhall cars, and the Corsa-e, the hugely popular supermini to our fleet will further drive our mission to offer a flexible way for people to join the electric car revolution.”

Paul Willcox, managing director, Vauxhall, added, “I’m sure they will prove very popular and customers will enjoy their striking designs, impressive technology and range of over 200 miles.

“Our aim is to democratise access to electric vehicles, so partnering with Onto is a great way for more drivers to be able to experience the benefits of driving electric.”
