Effortless Energy Ltd has ceased trading, Ofgem has confirmed. The supplier had around 2,500 domestic customers and a small number of business customers.
Trading as Go Effortless Energy, the Stoke-based firm was set up in 2013 by Andrew and Melanie Burns.
Ofgem will now find another supplier to take on its customers.
