Watson Farley & Williams has advised independent French renewable energy producer Technique Solaire on the drafting and negotiation of a term sheet and green power purchase agreement (CPPA) with Air France.
The CPPA covers a 20-year period and will generate 13GWh annually from two photovoltaic projects in France. It will enable Air France to source solar energy at a stable and competitive price over the long term and reinforces Technique Solaire’s position as a major player in France’s energy transition.
The WFW Paris Regulatory & Public Law team that advised Technique Solaire was led by Partner Laurent Battoue, supported by Associate Juliana Brandao Marques.
