Believ, the EV charge point operator, has partnered with Ulbster Arms Hotel in Halkirk, Scotland, to fully fund the installation of three EV charging points.
These chargers have been installed a 20-second walk from the hotel entrance: two 22kW Landis + Gyr fast chargers and one ultra-rapid 120kW Wallbox charger.
The 22kW chargers are designed for long stay or overnight charging, providing drivers with the best value, while the ultra-rapid charge point is targeted at drivers who typically want to top up in less than an hour.
Ulbster Arms, situated on the Thurso river – known for its salmon – attracts fishermen from Cornwall to Canada.
John Drummond, Director of the Ulbster Arms Ltd, said, “Our unique location means we have repeat visitors to the hotel every year, and recently we have seen increased requests from guests to provide EV charging.
