Civil engineering specialist Foundation Solutions HV (FSHV) has expanded its corporate benefits package by offering staff an EV salary sacrifice scheme from Fleet Alliance.

The new package gives employees access to a wide selection of both new and used electric cars from brands including Mercedes, Audi, Jaecoo, Peugeot, Renault, MG and Kia.

All the scheme cars are managed through Fleet Alliance’s cloud-based platform, e-Fleet.

The portal enables employees to research, compare and order their next electric vehicle directly, while tailoring vehicle searches to their current grade or salary bracket and assessing specification, Benefit-in-Kind and whole-life cost.

Its platform also provides mileage recording to allow the close monitoring of distances, ensuring FSHV can easily track and predict contract parameters and meet all servicing requirements.

Headquartered in New Cumnock, East Ayrshire, FSHV supports the traditional and renewable energy sectors.

Since its founding in 2020, the company has grown to employ about 80 skilled staff across multiple UK sites.

The new partnership marks the first time FSHV staff have had access to a corporate EV benefit.

Carol McPhee, finance and audit manager at FSHV, said, “We have been very impressed since engaging Fleet Alliance to provide a salary sacrifice benefit for all our staff as they have been able to put together a scheme focused on electric cars that completely meets our needs.”

Andy Bruce, CEO, Fleet Alliance said, “As FSHV clearly demonstrates, our scheme is a great way to offer an electric car at no extra cost to employees of businesses of all sizes.

“It’s the perfect way of introducing a corporate car scheme for the first time and promoting electric cars.”
