In early 2021 the group completed the acquisition of Arlington Thermal Management Division to create a thermal management company with a global footprint.
Often buried deep within cars, Thermal Management Solutions Group products allow vehicles to perform at their thermal optimum, ultimately helping OEMs achieve their global emissions reductions goals.

Davies added, “Thermal Management Solutions Group is incredibly well poised to enable automotive customers to not only transform their powertrain offerings and meet the demand for lighter, more fuel-efficient vehicles, but crucially it will quickly become the go-to supplier for thermal management products in zero-emission vehicles.
“To make this a reality, I will provide the group with industry experience and contacts to help ensure that the correct support is in place for it to really prosper.”
