Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust has issued a tender for facilities management services at it its main Fulham Road hospital, plus satellite buildings.
The contract, worth in the region of £20 million, is for five years with the possibility of two 12 month extensions.
The services will primarily consist of all estates maintenance services including planned preventative maintenance, specialist maintenance services, including high and low voltage, medical gases, sterilisers, reactive maintenance, fabric repair, steam generation and energy management services, as well as CHP management and maintenance.
Expressions of interest must be registered by 29 January. The contract would commence from 23 August 2016.
