With the news that Jaguar Land Rover’s cyber-attack shutdown is costing the company an estimated £50 million every week, cyber resilience in the energy and transport sector has never been more urgent. Against this backdrop, the Renewable Energy Association will launch their first EV Charging Cyber Security Report at the Victory Services Club, London.
With cyber threats intensifying across the UK and new SSES legislation on the horizon, this event arrives at a crucial moment for the sector. The launch will unite CPOs, EMSPs, asset owners and industry experts. practical recommendations for enhancing cyber-resilience in EV charging infrastructure.
Attendees will gain expert insights into interpreting ETSI EN 303 645, ISO 27001, OCPP, and evolving Smart Charge regulations, while learning to mitigate rising cyber threats – from organised crime to state-sponsored adversaries.
