EV fleet charging payments platform, Rightcharge, today launched an updated brand, new website and a clear set of operating principles. This refresh supports the company’s move from a start-up to a major player in the EV fleet space, backed by a 100% customer retention rate.
Rightcharge is doubling down on the positive practices it has used from the start:
- Transparency: Always open about costs. Rightcharge believes fleets should know exactly where their money goes. Since launching in 2019, the company has never added hidden margins or secret fees to public or home charging prices. As part of this refresh, Rightcharge is formally cementing this practice with its ‘Transparency Promise’. This is a public pledge guaranteeing that the company will stick to the honest pricing model it has always used.
- Agility: Fast, automated technology. Fleets need to move quickly. The new brand highlights the platform’s focus on Agility. Rightcharge has introduced ‘Automation Agents’. These are digital characters that represent how the platform works in the background. They handle complex data so fleet managers don’t have to. This means automatic reimbursements and a single, clear bill for all charging, without the wait associated with legacy fuel systems, not built for EV.
- Helpfulness: Clear answers, no jargon. A key part of the refresh is a commitment to a new way of writing and speaking. To prove this, the company has implemented a strict ‘No-Jargon Policy’ for all communications. Whether using the software or speaking to the support team, the promise is to communicate clearly and honestly. This approach is why every fleet that has joined the platform has stayed.
Charlie Cook, CEO of Rightcharge, said, “Fleets don’t need more confusion. They need a partner they can trust to get the job done. Our refresh isn’t a change in direction; it is a clear statement of who we already are.”
