CHP specialist Ener-G and oil and gas firm ExxonMobil have produced a free guide to business energy efficiency. It outlines policies affecting businesses and simple steps to reduce energy costs by up to 20%.
The firms point out that a 20% reduction in energy costs could equate to a 5% increase in sales in terms of firms’ bottom lines.
The guide covers potential common energy wasting problems and solutions before focusing more fully on the benefits of CHP and good lubricants.
Ener-G last month sold its CHP business to Centrica for £145m, a year after selling its brokerage business to Inprova Group. ExxonMobil is the world’s largest publicly traded oil and gas company.
