InstaVolt has extended its partnership with Zapmap, meaning EV drivers can now pay for charging directly across its UK network.
Zapmap users, now made up of more than one million drivers, can pay for charging at 2,500 rapid and ultra-rapid InstaVolt chargers at about 900 locations using the Zapmap app or charging card.
InstaVolt’s chargers are situated mainly at food and beverage and retail stores like McDonald’s, Costa Coffee and Booths, and along the strategic road network, including motorway service areas.
The charging company states that EV drivers in the UK are never more than 30 miles from one of its chargers.
Instavolt’s charging network joins more than 80,000 other chargers from 50 networks already accepting payment through Zapmap, including on-street, destination and en-route charge points, with more being integrated all the time.
