Warma UK has been accredited as an Octopus Cosy Accredited Installer, becoming one of only four organisations currently approved to install Octopus Energy’s Cosy heat pump system.

As the UK heat pump market scales, installation quality is the defining factor between systems that perform on paper and those that deliver in homes. Against that backdrop, Warma UK has been accredited as an Octopus Cosy Accredited Installer, placing the company among a small number of non-Octopus organisations approved to install Octopus Energy’s Cosy heat pump system.

The accreditation follows an intensive technical, quality and compliance process overseen by Octopus Energy, including installer training and multiple commissioned installations assessed against Octopus’ performance standards. Warma UK is now authorised to install the Cosy system and support customers in accessing Octopus’ intelligent heating tariffs.

Rob Garner, Operations Director at Warma UK, said, “Heat pumps only work as well as the systems around them, design, installation and follow-up. The Cosy accreditation process is rigorous for a reason. Going through it has reinforced our focus on repeatable, high-quality delivery and on building systems that perform consistently in the real world, not just in specifications.”

The Octopus Cosy heat pump has been designed for UK homes, combining compact hardware with intelligent controls integrated with smart tariffs. Delivering the intended performance depends on installation capability and operational discipline as much as product design.

Yasir Hareed, Business Development Manager at Octopus Energy, said, “We’re selective about who we accredit to install Cosy because delivery standards directly shape customer outcomes. Warma UK stood out not only for technical competence, but for the maturity of their processes, how their teams operate and how closely their approach aligns with our customer-first principles. That alignment is critical as Cosy scales.”

Warma UK is also independently listed by Eco Experts among the UK’s top heat pump installers, reflecting a broader track record of delivering high-performance systems at scale.

The Cosy accreditation adds to Warma UK’s growing role in the domestic heat pump market, as suppliers and policymakers increasingly focus on delivery quality, not just deployment volumes.
