Free master class: Master the energy category in one day

4

Master ClassThe energy category is one of the most complex and demanding spend areas for most businesses. It’s hard to understand, difficult to negotiate and even trickier to measure and monitor. In this sponsored post, BidEnergy says that is why energy buyers can’t afford to miss its free London master class.

The firm says it has applied technology to the procurement challenges in energy and transformed the complexity into an opportunity to reduce risk and generate real savings – quickly and efficiently.

In an intensive, hands-on full day of learning, networking and benchmarking, the company will help energy buyers understand the market, identify key stakeholders in the energy category and develop category plans that address the complexities and exploit the opportunities.

Attendees will learn to align category management plan to business objectives and market dynamics. They will also understand the importance of data integrity to the energy contract lifecycle. The session will also address the total cost of ownership. Crucially, delegates will come away with troubleshooting strategies to overcome the inevitable obstacles to implementation.

BidEnergy says that even seasoned category managers with substantial experience will learn something new and be able to compare their programme to others – and to industry best practice – with measureable benefits.

The first UK Master Class will be held at The Hotel Russell in London on November 19th – click here to reserve your place. Refreshments and lunch are included.

  1. This master class says it is about buying energy, is it really about buying electricity? Or will you cover other energy sources? And is there any chance you could do the opposite course on selling electricity into the market and maximising income. Thanks, David
